Theodoros Kalampokas is an Obstetrician–Gynecologist and University Research Fellow at the 2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, “Aretaieio” Hospital.
He completed his specialization at the 2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Athens, Aretaieio Hospital, in 2011, having already obtained both his Master’s and Doctoral degrees. He then served as a clinical and research associate at the Assisted Reproduction Unit, University of Aberdeen, Scotland, from 2012 to 2014, continuing his research and clinical collaboration there to this day.
He is currently a University Research Fellow at the 2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, “Aretaieio” Hospital, working in the “Assisted Reproduction” and “High-Risk Pregnancy” units. He has authored a large number of scientific publications in international medical journals and serves as a reviewer for several scientific journals, while also being an editor for the Cochrane Collaboration – Gynecology and Fertility Group.
His main clinical and research interests focus on the management of couples with infertility problems, the surgical treatment of infertility-related conditions (laparoscopy and hysteroscopy), and the clinical care of women with high-risk pregnancies.
